Working principle of sorting

The system adopts high-resolution industrial cameras to continously shoot fruit images at high speed and process the fruit of the captured images, and then calculate the size, color distribution, surface properties, the inclusions of the fruit can be detected by using the internation leading MEMS near-infrared technology through the difference of the absorption spectra of different monomer fruits.

 

Features and uses

1. Adopting computer vision technology(CCD) to detect the quality of fruits such as size,shape,color,and surface defects, etc.

2. Fruits can be sorted by weight.

3. Adopting near-infrared technology to sort the internal quality of fruits and detect internal diseases(mildew hear diseade, water hear dieease).

4. Non-destructive,fast and accurate detection of fruits sugar content.
